ART OF CHAMBER MUSIC builds on the fundamentals from the Chamber Roots Ensemble. With a basic understanding of chamber music, this class will finesses those skills to create art through these elements:
- Challenging repertoire
- score reading and effective rehearsal strategies
- communicating and implementing opinions about style and interpretation
- understanding harmonic relationships
- Techniques for nonverbal communication among players
This class is not based on age. Students must have at least two instances of prior experience in chamber music or have at least one year in our Chamber Roots Ensemble
